  1. Click: Select features on the map, Drag: Pan the map
  2. Drag: Rotate/Tilt,  Scroll Wheel: Zoom in/out
  3. Drag: Zoom in/out

Alternatively, you can also rotate/tilt the map in 3D mode by holding down the CTRL
